Processing Time All orders are processed within [1–5] business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

Damages & Lost Packages Dark Ridge USA is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods.
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please contact us at USA@DarkRidgeUSA.com within 7 days.
Returns Due to Failed Delivery If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, you will be responsible for any re-shipping costs.
